It is equipped with a motherboard R&D laboratory, three SMT lines, assembly and testing production lines, sheet metal workshop, as well as QA and QC inspection rooms.

Established in Shenzhen since 2009, HJS Technology Group employs over 200 workers, including a full-time R&D team of 30 people.

R&D Capability
Our 30‑member senior hardware‑engineer R&D team specializes in motherboard design, thermal optimization, BIOS debugging and bespoke software‑hardware integrated solutions.
With 16‑year‑long industrial‑control hardware experience and an in‑house comprehensive test lab, we perform ageing, high‑low‑temperature and reliability testing. We accomplish full‑chain independent R&D from PCB design to finished‑machine commissioning.

Salt‑spray test is used to check the anti‑corrosion performance of metal parts on OPS motherboards.
ESD test equipment
We adopt an ESD generator to conduct static‑resistance inspection for finished‑product OPS.

1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
All chips, memory, SSD, connectors and casing will be inspected when raw materials arrive, to avoid defective components entering production.
2. IPQC (In‑process Quality Control)
Spot‑check during SMT soldering and assembly process, to catch assembly errors in time.
3. FQC & Aging Test
Every finished unit undergoes functional testing, interface verification, 4K display testing and aging testing to ensure full compliance with our product quality standards.
4. Final Inspection & Packing
Appearance inspection, system verification, anti‑static protection and secure carton packaging are performed before shipment.
Our laboratory is equipped with professional testing equipment including high‑low temperature tester and drop tester. We implement the ISO9001‑certified quality system throughout the whole workflow to guarantee stable production and controllable product quality.
